All hall rentals are at the discretion of the South Florida Hindu Temple and It's Governing Board. The temple is a place of worship and all event held at the temple should maintain the sanctity of the temple.

It is policy that all monies collected for Aarti for ANY event at the temple is the property of the temple.

| *No organization is allowed to solicit for donations on SFHT property. Any meeting or event held at the temple by other Hindu organization must contact Hall rental committee first. |

GUIDELINES FOR RENTING THE TEMPLE HALL
- South Florida Hindu temple is a sacred place of worship. Everyone is asked to refrain from any such activities, music or language that would compromise the SANCTITY of SFHT.
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages, meat, garlic, and onions is not permitted inside or outside the temple premises.
- Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the temple.
- Footwear is to be removed and kept outside the main entrance.
- All food is to be kept in the serving area of the Temple Hall or outside in the patio area. No FOOD or DRINKS are permitted in the altar area, main hall, class rooms, library or office area.
- Temple hall is only available if other temple activities or events are not scheduled at a given time.
- ONLY RELIGIOUS MUSIC IS ALLOWED IN THE TEMPLE PREMISES.
- PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE DEITIES.
- Other than the temple hours, the Devastanam will be closed.
- The responsibility of leaving the Temple Hall clean and free from all Garbage is the sole responsibility of the custodian.
- The cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for all cleaning before and after event.
- 50% of the fee is due at the time, the contract is signed, and the other 50% is due one week before the date of event.
- Due to the fragile nature of the Sound system, the temple sound system CANNOT be utilized.
- All liability is the responsibility of the person renting the Hall and none is the responsibility of SFHT.
